I'm not going to lie to any of you. It is my personal opinion that this administration may force the American Patriots and Constitutionalists into a physical shoot out fight against the tyranny that Premeir Obama is imposing through Executive Order. You will have to get up off your knees and stop sucking at the utter of the Federal cash cow and realize that the country is being transformed into a Communist regime and the Wall Street tycoons are buying themselves Politburo seats with hard currency. You still think 2010 will stop this? If you do, you are just as bad as those "Obamatons" that believed that Marxist when he sold the masses on the "Hope and Change" crap.
Premier Obama of the Union of Soviet Socialist States of Amerika has recently signed two executive orders which further streamline the road to Martial Law here in Amerika. He didn't do this alone. The previous Bush administrations and even Clinton administrations incrementally set the stage for where we are at now. Premier Obama on December 17th, 2009 amended Executive Order 12425 in which Premier Obama extended operational immunity to INTERPOL, or the International Police of the United Nations, to operate within the United States to execute its police powers. I believe all executive orders to be unconstitutional and no better than edicts of a despot - whether used for good or bad.
The other Executive Order Premier Obama signed on January 11th 2010 was The Establishment of the Council of Governors, a 10 member panel of hand selected Governors of the States of the Union to serve as an administrative puppet of the the Executive Branch to fully integrate the command structure of the States of the Union and their Federally funded State armies, the National Guard, with the Homeland Security and the Armed Forces of the United States, hereby eliminating fully Posse Commitatus Act of June 18, 1878 which forbid US Armed Forces from engaging in Police activities, The 10 member panel of The Council of Governors mirrors the 10 FEMA Regions with their "Regional Capitols" to help coordinate resources during a real "State of Emergency" or when a "State of Emergency" is declared by the whims of the Executive Branch. 
Since the Cold War was declared "over" in 1989, the later US Adminstrations of the Presidency of the United States have incrementally gutted the 1878 Act aforementioned in the name of "National Security" and "Disaster Relief." What was fully sold to the American people as "protection" from various threats was what will eventually be the undoing of the freedoms used by generations of Americans to protect themselves and their families. The National Security State Apparatus, being designed to ensure Continuation of Government operations (aka an all powerful Government) has in its cross hairs the citizens of the States of the Union who believe in a Constitutional Representative Republic.
In the future, the Government will use a crisis to go after and destroy citizens, organizations, and the guns that would empower such entities to fight an all powerful bureaucratic Executive rubberstamped by a bought and paid for Wall-street Congress and executed by a Military and its Commanders that will not question orders from the Bankster bought Congress who are paying their bills.

I'll leave you with a few more items. One is this pdf file. This ad was run the same time I was collecting petition signatures to abolish the privately owned Federal Reserve and IRS; 1993. On September 29, 1993, a grass roots effort under my project delivered one million seven hundred sixty-three thousand signatures plus another 24,000 collected that day at the nation's capitol in Washington, DC.
Congress didn't listen then and they aren't listening now. Business as usual while they are plunder the people's purse as Americans stand in unemployment lines. Those outlaws are rubbing their corruption in our faces.
William Norman Grigg, one of my favorite writers, continues to write hard hitting columns on the growing paramilitarization of law enforcement. Look this picture:

It is also why the states must adopt and put into place a sound money system apart from the FED and it's worthless paper (the dollar).
