Judge Napolitano weighs in on the discussion about how and if the States can fight to remove Obamacare and declare it as unconstitutional; the process is a lot harder than one might think so don't put your faith in a political / legal process that is most likely to fail. In case you do not believe me and want to continue to put faith and hope in the U.S. political process, what is the percentages of taxation laws introduced once they have fulfilled their initial purpose, are repealed by the Congress of the United States?
