Forward Note:
I realize that the Gulf Coast oil spill is taking up the headlines and is preoccupying the minds of most of us because in some form or fashion the beaches are linked to our lively hoods and our joy. This disaster is tragic but it is a sober reminder of how things can change in an world we cannot control. This post however, is a follow up to frequent callers that called into the WEBY 1330 AM Your Turn who willingly bought into and propagated the Government propaganda of the imminent threat of Tea Party members, gun owners, fundamentalist Christians who are gun owners, real Constitutionalists, and Americans who are apart of organized or unorganized Militias as the primary threat to civil order and social progress in American Socialist 'democracy.' On March 29th after the suspension of Kenneth E Lamb and myself from the Thursday Your Turn program, I posted a story about the Government's efforts to quell dissent and the growing anger at the Federal Government in the story Feds Arrest Militia Members To Purge Dissent and in this story I promised to release more information as it became available. More information is available and thus I am posting a follow up to that story below. I would like to express my thanks to Kenneth E Lamb for having the faith in me; to Mike Bate's for allowing, to an extent, opinions that are not popular speech; and to all the staff of WEBY: Mallory Bardwell, Joey Wallace and Anthony Daughtery for their support in bringing color to a black and white world. The efforts to stamp out and control the information is not limited to the schemes of bureaucrats in the back rooms of Government - 'the front line is everywhere ... there is no shelter here'
A word of encouragement to those who have the Truth...
And the word of the LORD came to me, saying, "Son of man, speak to the sons of your people and say to them, 'If I bring a sword upon a land, and the people of the land take one man from among them and make him their watchman, and he sees the sword coming upon the land and blows on the trumpet and warns the people, then he who hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, and a sword comes and takes him away, his blood will be on his own head. 'He heard the sound of the trumpet but did not take warning; his blood will be on himself. But had he taken warning, he would have delivered his life.'But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require from the watchman's hand."Now as for you, son of man, I have appointed you a watchman for the house of Israel; so you will hear a message from My mouth and give them warning from Me." - Ezekiel 33:1-7; New American Standard

Judge orders release of 9 Hutaree militia members
BY DAVID ASHENFELTER FREE PRESS STAFF WRITER A federal judge in Detroit today ordered the release of nine members of a Lenawee County Christian militia group freed on bond over the objections of federal prosecutors.
“The United States is correct that it need not wait until people are killed before it arrests conspirators,” U.S. District Judge Victoria Roberts said in a 36-page decision. “But, the Defendants are also correct: their right to engage in hate-filled, venomous speech, is a right that deserves First Amendment protection.”
She said federal prosecutors failed to persuade her that the defendants must be jailed until trial. It is unclear whether the U.S. Attorney’s Office will appeal the decision. "We will be reviewing and weighing all of our options," said spokeswoman Susan Plochinski of the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Roberts said the defendants could be freed under house arrest on electronic tethers. They must surrender their concealed weapons permits, cannot apply for a license to purchase or carry guns and cannot drink alcohol or take drugs. She said they must continue to work and report to pretrial services on a weekly basis.
Robert said the defendants also must provide a list of names, addresses, and phone numbers for all Hutaree members and members of any other militia groups they associated with.
